Gangnam Style AIDMCA and takedown requests
Last updated October 29, 2026
Gangnam Style AI accepts copyright and non-consensual likeness complaints. Include the location of the material so we can identify and review it. This independent service does not claim ownership of third-party music or reference footage.
Copyright notices
Send a notice to support@gangnamstyledanceai.com with the subject "DMCA" and:
- The work you own and where it appears on Gangnam Style AI (links help)
- Your name, address, phone and email
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, their agent or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorized to act for them
- Your physical or electronic signature
We review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access when appropriate, and notify the affected account holder. We may request additional information when needed to evaluate or process a notice.
Your likeness
If you appear in a video without your consent, contact us with its link and enough information to identify the issue. You do not need to claim copyright to report non-consensual use of your likeness.
Counter-notices
If removal was a mistake, send a signed counter-notice identifying the material and its former location. Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, and agreement to accept service from the complainant or their agent. Consent to the relevant federal district court: where you live in the United States, or, if you live outside it, a district where the service provider may be found. We forward valid counter-notices to the complainant. Where the DMCA process applies, access is restored in 10–14 business days after receipt unless we receive notice of a qualifying court action.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and restrict users who repeatedly submit photos or likenesses without permission.
