Refund policy

You pay once for a pack of credits. Here's what happens when something goes wrong.

Failed or refused videos

If a generation fails or is refused, its 100 credits return automatically to your account. A Kie job cannot be canceled after submission, so do not treat a local action as a way to stop provider processing or receive a cancellation refund. This is a credit refund, not an automatic card refund.

Unused packs

If you haven't used any credits from a pack, email us within 14 days of buying it and we refund the full price to your original payment method.

Broken results

If a completed video is clearly broken, such as a frozen or garbled scene or a missing or out-of-sync soundtrack, contact us within 7 days with the video link so we can review a credit return or refund for that video.

AI likeness and movement can vary. A result that differs from your expectations is not automatically a technical failure. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

How to ask

Email support@gangnamstyledanceai.com from the email address on your account and include the order or video link. Approved card refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

Gangnam Style AI has no subscription, so there's nothing to cancel.
