Gangnam Style AI (gangnamstyledanceai.com) uses three portraits to make a 15-second AI dance video. This policy explains the information involved and how it is retained.

What we collect

Account: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
Photos you upload: the three single-person photos you upload, used to create the requested dance video.
Your videos: the finished videos, so you can come back and download them.
Payments: Stripe handles checkout. We receive your email, what you bought and the amount, never your full card number.
Technical data: IP address, browser and request logs from our hosting provider, and the link or campaign tag that brought you here, so we know which links work.
Optional analytics: If you accept optional Google Analytics, Google receives the public page path, referring page, device and browser information, and coarse location derived from your IP address. We never send photos, videos, account details, payment references or sensitive URLs to Analytics.

Who processes it

Cloudflare: hosting, file storage and sign-in emails
Stripe: payments
Google: sign-in if you choose Google, and optional Google Analytics only after you accept analytics
Kie/NEXUSAI: receives the three photos, prompt and fixed reference video to create the requested result. Kie currently documents generated-media retention for 14 days and task text/metadata logs for 2 months. We cannot make a provider copy disappear immediately through local deletion or cancellation.

We don't sell your data. Optional analytics is not used for advertising, remarketing or personalization.

How long we keep it

Uploaded photos: scheduled for deletion from our storage within 2 days. Kie currently documents generated-media retention for 14 days and task text/metadata logs for 2 months. This is a provider policy statement, not a promise that Kie-held copies can be deleted early or immediately.
Finished videos: retained in your account so you can download them, until you request deletion. Save a local copy of any result you want to keep.
Account and payment records: kept while your account exists, and payment records as long as tax law requires.

Cookies

We set two necessary first-party cookies: one keeps you signed in, the other remembers for 60 days which link brought you here. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. Only after you accept, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* first-party cookies for up to 2 years. No advertising or personalization cookies are used.

Your choices

Use Cookie settings in the footer to reject or withdraw analytics consent at any time. You can also contact us to request access to your data, deletion of your videos or closure of your account. Removing local files or canceling a request cannot immediately remove a copy Kie/NEXUSAI already received. Gangnam Style AI is for adults only. Do not upload anyone under 18, and obtain each person's consent before submitting a photo.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
