By using Gangnam Style AI, you agree to these terms. You provide three permitted portraits, and the service creates a fictional AI dance video.

What the service is

Gangnam Style AI is an independent service for Gangnam Style-inspired AI dance videos. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by PSY, YG Entertainment or any song, choreography or footage rights holder. Names and references do not imply sponsorship. Generation does not transfer ownership of music, choreography, footage or another person's likeness. The delivered video includes the site's fixed soundtrack under the service's permission.

Your photos

• Use photos of yourself and people who expressly agree to appear in the AI video. Public availability or public-figure status does not establish permission.
• Every depicted person must be 18 or older and give informed consent to the intended generation and sharing. Do not upload minors or unconsenting adults.
• You must have the rights to every photo you upload, including permission to use it for AI generation. You retain your existing photo rights and grant us permission to send the three photos, prompt and fixed reference video to Kie/NEXUSAI so it can create and return the result. Kie/NEXUSAI processing and retention are described in the privacy policy; do not submit unless you can grant that permission.

How you can use the videos

• Clearly disclose that the video is AI-generated when you share it, using captions and platform disclosure tools as appropriate. It is a synthetic performance, not a recording of real events.
• No deceptive impersonation, false endorsements, harassment, sexual exploitation or other harmful or unlawful use. Do not claim that someone actually performed or approved something they did not.
• Downloads include the site's fixed soundtrack. A credit purchase gives you access to the generated result but does not transfer ownership of the music, choreography or reference footage; platform, account and commercial-use restrictions may apply when you share it.

Credits and payment

Each fixed 15-second video costs 100 credits. Packs are one-time purchases with no subscription and no free render. Credits never expire and cannot be exchanged for cash except under the refund policy. Prices are shown before you pay.

AI results

Output is a 15-second, vertical 9:16, 720p MP4 with no watermark. AI can produce imperfect likeness, movement or details. No exact likeness, production model quality or completion time is guaranteed. Kie/NEXUSAI receives the three photos, prompt and reference video to generate it; see the privacy policy for its currently documented retention. A Kie job cannot be canceled after submission, and local deletion cannot immediately remove a provider copy. Failed jobs return their credits automatically.

When we can say no

We may refuse a video, remove content, or close an account that breaks these terms, and we remove content when a valid takedown notice arrives (see DMCA).

No warranty

The service and AI outputs are provided as available, without a guarantee of exact likeness or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. Using the service after that means you accept them.
